As one of the most acclaimed restaurants in Las Vegas, Joel Robuchon is a must try for fine diners looking to experience an unforgettable dining experience while in Vegas. Located inside the MGM Grand hotel, the restaurant boasts numerous awards including 3 Michelin Stars, the Five Diamond award, as well as recognition from both Forbes and Wine Spectator. Dining Options, Menus & Featured Dishes

When it comes to eating at the restaurant, there are two main options for customers including the Menu Degustation (tasting menu) as well as the Prix Fixe menu. For the tasting menu, guests are served between 8-10 courses with most courses having 2-3 choices of dishes. The tasting menu focuses on a mix between seafood dishes and classic French cuisine and costs approximately $450 USD per person without wine, so definitely not a cheap date. Wine pairings are of course available for an additional cost, and the restaurant has a cellar with thousands of bottles of different wines.

For the Prix Fixe menu, there are 4 different options to choose from ranging from $127pp up to $250pp depending on the number of dish selections and accompaniments. For the basic $127 menu, guests will enjoy an Amuse Bouche followed by the choice of one main dish, a dessert and some other sweets. The $250 menu includes an Amuse Bouche, choice of 2 appetizers, choice of 2 entrees, dessert and sweets.

In addition to the two menu options above, Joel Robuchon also offers a wedding package at the Parisian Terrace which includes a number of different items for a cost of $5,895 USD inclusive of tax and gratuity. The wedding package includes the ceremony, makeup, photography, transportation a DVD and dinner for 6 guests in the restaurants private dining room with a six course menu. The package can be adapted for up to 12 guests and is a great way to have an intimate and upscale wedding if you’re getting married in Las Vegas.  Considering all the inclusions plus the 3 Michelin star dining experience for you and your guests, it’s actually not as expensive as it seems and is a good way to experience Robuchon.

History of Joel Robuchon

Joel Robuchon was born on April 7th, 1945 in Poitiers, France and is one of the most prolific French chefs and restaurateurs around the world. Currently he operates more than 12 restaurants around the world in Bangkok, Bordeaux, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, London, Macau, Monaco, Paris, Singapore, Taipei and Tokyo. Perhaps his most impressive feat is his accumulation of more than 28 Michelin stars through his restaurants, which is the currently the most that any chef has ever attained since the guide began publishing it’s restaurant recommendations. In addition to his restaurant empire, Joel has also won over 6 international distinctions for his cuisine and has written & published 8 cookbooks on French cooking.
