Across the United States, operators of land based gaming venues are cutting new deals with technology providers to upgrade the gaming experience. Players want the very best when it comes to the use to technology and software providers are constantly coming up with new ways in which players can access games, rewards and information within a venue. Aristocrat is one such gaming provider who offers quality software solutions for land based gaming operators, with products ranging from games to management systems. The company recently announced the signing of a new deal with the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma to install new systems on the gaming floor.
New Deal Equals New Games and Systems
With the new deal, Aristocrat will be providing games from Aristocrat and VGT as well as a casino management system known as Oasis 360. The existing CMS system will be replaced by Aristocrat and the Oasis 360 will be installed. With the new system, the Downstream Casino of the tribe, located in Quapaw, Oklahoma will have the option to monitor 2,000 gaming machines. An additional casino by the tribe, one located in Miami, will also have the monitoring solution installed to cover their 500 games.
With the Oasis 360 system, the casino operators will have the opportunity to customize the management of the gaming floor based on specific needs. Features include Oasis Core, Media Window and Oasis nCompass. The machine will provide self-service options so players can view their personal information including rewards via the machine. Additional features of the new system includes Trackit tables, One Link bonusing and Integrated SpeedMedia.
Both casinos, one in Oklahama and one in Florida, will be installing games by VGT and Aristocrat. The Florida property, the Quapaw Casino, will be installing 140+ VGT Class II gaming devices. For the Downstream Casino of Oklahoma, the same VGT Class II gaming devices will be added with as many as 568 added to the gaming floor. Over 50 Aristocrat Class III gaming devices will also be added.
Gaming titles players can expect to have access to include:
VGT: Lucky Ducky, Mr. Money Bags, Red Spin Gambler Series and Easy Money Jackpot
Aristocrat: Buffalo Grand, Walking Dead II Slots and Lightning Link
Jani Cummings, the General Manager of Downstream, commented on the recent partnership by stating that the company is excited to be adding Oasis 360 and the potential it brings to both the Quapaw Casino and the Downstream Casino. The upgrade to the new system will allow the operators to better serve guests and the company is confident that players will enjoy the VGT and Aristocrat gaming options added to the casino floor.
VGT Executive Vice President of Sales, James Starr, commented on the new partnership as well by stating that understanding the specific needs of the tribe as well as property management has helped VGT to develop a solution combining systems along with Class II and III gaming options that will help the tribe meet business goals.
Starr pointed out that this is the best of VGT and Aristocrat as the brands are able to apply their passions to create the best possible solution for each customer’s unique needs for business operations. The company is proud to have partnered with the tribe and will work to continue to support their business needs.
Now, the tribe will have to wait and see how players to both casinos take to the new gaming options as well as management solutions. The customization seems to be a quality feature that will allow the tribe to create an experience they know that their players will enjoy.
