North Las Vegas-based casino company Fifth Street Gaming and Dallas-based sports bar chain Ojos Locos Sports Cantina have announced a partnership to bring the first Latino-decidcated casino and hotel in the United States by renovating and rebranding The Lucky Club & Casino at 3277 Civic Center Drive in North Las Vegas.

10,000 Square Foot Casino
Aside from a 10,000 square foot casino and a 10,000 square foot indoor-outdoor entertainment venue, and a hotel that will have a calendar of concerts featuring Latino artists, Mexican rodeos, and food festivals.The project will also have an Ojos Locos Sports Cantina as the centerpiece of its dining, entertainment, and night life.
Representatives from both companies did not reveal how much Fifth Street and Ojos Locos would be investing in the renovation project which is expected to be completed in December 2022. They also did not disclose what the new name of the renovated property would be. Currently, the Lucky Club & Casino has over 350 slots, video reels, and video poker machines and its hotel recently completed a $5 million facelift.
Largest Ojos Locos Spots Cantina in the U.S.
Luck Club & Casino’s Ojos Locos Sports Cantina will be the largest of its kind in the United States. The Dallas-based Ojos Locos brand has a total of 18 restaurants in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. Its sports bars are equipped with high-definition television sets broadcasting Spanish-language sports shows.
Fifth Street Gaming has a diverse portfolio that includes casinos, gaming taverns, restaurants, and bar concepts. Since 2006, it has catered to the Latino market, most notably via the operations of the Lucky Club Hotel & Casino and Silver Nugget Casino. It has also produced hundreds of concerts with Mexican and Columbian artists, Mexican Rodeos and food festivals.
