Off-Strip Las Vegas Hotel Offers ‘Quarantine Getaway’

Artisan Hotel in Las VegasGetting cabin fever yet? With many of Las Vegas residents stuck at home, it’s easy to see why a lot of people would want to self-quarantine elsewhere.

Being home for an extended period of time with family, partners, or roommates because of the quarantine orders may have brought some tensions to the surface.

While the Las Vegas Strip and casinos across the entire valley are shut down, some off-Strip hotel properties have remained open for weary travelers who have been on the road, those who need another place to sleep, or for our frontline workers as a place of respite.

So, if you’re in desperate need of a change of scenery during this shelter in place, the Artisan Hotel awaits you!

A Unique ‘Quarantine Getaway’ Spin

For locals, they can enjoy a ‘quarantine getaway’ at the Artisan for just $39 a night, and it doesn’t end there. Their stay will come with a complimentary bottle of wine, and, you guessed it, a bathroom equipped with toilet paper.

Their tongue-in-cheek getaway promotion that’s advertising free toilet paper and a bottle of wine is a unique spin indeed, but also completely serious.

On their social media accounts and through other advertisement avenues, their slogan reads:

“Quarantine and chill gone wrong? We have a room for you…and your new boo” and “We got your butt covered. Toilet paper included with room.”

Michael Crandall, VP of the Siegel Group, who owns Artisan Hotel, says that if anyone is looking for a play to stay and “quarantine for the night” to get away, that they are there for you, and that you are safe.

Hotel’s Safety Measures

To keep guests safe during their stay amid the coronavirus pandemic, there will be a limited number of staff at hand at the front desk and other areas of the hotel.

Common areas will be cleaned and sanitized multiple times throughout the day, to ensure guest safety, and housekeepers will only enter vacant rooms.

These health and safety measures could be a precursor of what’s in the Strip’s future when it reopens. In fact, casino executives are in talks now about new coronavirus safety measures to implement once the Governor gives the green light to open things back up.
