Local developers, Contour and Shopoff Realty Investments, signed with hotel and brand management company Dream Hotel Group today to announce plans to debut their iconic, flagship Dream Hotels brand in Las Vegas.
They plan to have the free-standing, luxury lifestyle hotel located on the Las Vegas Strip and open for business in 2023.
The hotel will be centrally located on Las Vegas Blvd., and be clearly visible from the world-famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign. It will sit across from Mandalay Bay Resort, adjacent to McCarran International Airport’s private aviation terminal.
Being only two short blocks from the brand new Allegiant Stadium, the new home of the Las Vegas Raiders, and a short distance from T-Mobile Arena, Dream Hotel Las Vegas will be in a prime position to capitalize on Las Vegas’ major south-end developments.
The hotel will feature 450 chic guest rooms and suites, several exciting dining and entertainment options (including nightlife venues), three feature restaurants, two bar and lounge concepts on the casino floor, rooftop pool deck, bar and lounge, grab-and-go street level café, 12,000 square feet of private meeting and event space, full-service space, fitness center, and on-site parking.
The contemporary, innovative design that will streamline throughout the property is being headed by DLR Group, a global architectural firm that’s been assigned as designer and executive architect on the project. DLR Group is working closely with McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., a national general contractor, to build the luxury 21-story hotel tower.
Construction is set to begin in early 2021.
Other Dream Hotel Properties
The news of the Las Vegas signing came on the heels of four other recent signings, three north American additions, and one global addition. Those include Dream San Antonio, Dream Memphis, The Bight by Dream Hotel Group in Turks and Caicos, and Emma & Elissa by Dream Hotel Group in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
