One lucky local video poker player, who requested to remain anonymous, played big to win even bigger at The Orleans Hotel Casino Sunday.
On the $25 video poker machine, playing a five-coin $125 hand, the bettor hit a natural royal flush to win an astonishing $100,000 jackpot.
The player drew the last two necessary cards, an ace and a queen of hearts around 9AM on Sunday, according to publicist Michael Abante. The player was already holding a 10 of hearts, jack, and king.
This lucky local turned his visit to our High Limit room into a $100,000 payday when he hit a Royal Flush on this IGT Video Poker machine on Sunday, Jan. 19th. Such a life-changing win! What’s the first thing you would do with your winnings if it were you? pic.twitter.com/YMhxZanikf

This was the second $100,000 jackpot won at The Orleans just within the past two months. The Scientific Games Dancing Drums slot jackpot earned Texas visitor Raymond a $100,000 payout on Dec. 1st. He cashed in on his $26 bet when he selected three matching Grand Fu Babies.
Another Big Win Across the Valley
Sunday was a lucky day in Vegas it seems, because another lucky slots player hit big on the Wheel of Fortune slot machine at the South Point Hotel Casino, winning a $464,287 jackpot on a mere $1.25 wager. The winner also chose to remain anonymous, and there’s no telling whether they are a Las Vegas local or a visitor.
