Atlantic City casinos owned by Caesars Entertainment Properties to offer new GameCo skill-based slot game.
Skill-based gaming seems to be the wave of the future as casinos across the United States are focusing on offering a different version of casino gaming. Millennials are more attracted to games that need a skill requirement as this generation is used to playing games that require some type of skill to reach a goal. In Atlantic City, Caesars Entertainment is focusing on a new gaming option for patrons at three of their properties with the introduction of a new GameCo skill-based game.
GameCo’s New Skill Game
GameCo is a top company specializing in creating video gambling machines. The company already has several games located in casinos across the United States and the Caesars gaming venues will be the first to debut the new Pharaoh’s Secret Temple. The new game is an Egyptian themed video game featuring match 3-style game play. The game was created in partnership with Pirates Gold Studios and is already live in the Atlantic City casinos.
During game play, players will go on a journey, with a goal of unlocking the riches that can only be found in the Secret Temple. Gems are to be matched in order to collect rare treasures, but you only have a limited time to collect the treasures before time runs out. The game is appealing for both the casual player as well as slot enthusiasts as it has elements of slot game play along with a skill function.
During the game, players will come across such features as charms, power-up prizes, boosts, and traps. The original game was designed by Pirates Gold Studios in order to work properly with the VGM platform produced by GameCo.
New Games to Come
GameCo is not only focused on the launch of the new Pharaoh’s Secret Temple but are also concentrating on even more new games to be launched in the future. The company will continue to build a strong portfolio of skill-based gaming video games for casinos to provide on the game floor including a new basketball themed game titled Nothin’ but Net. This game was created in partnership with Free Range Games.
During game play, players will be given the opportunity for 16 shots at the hoop in order to win prizes. Players will use their skill at the game to try for jump shots, layups, half court shots and free throws in order to earn prizes and collect bonus money balls.
CEO and Co-founder of GameCo, Blaine Graboyes, commented in a press release on the new games by stating that as casino players are introduced to the new skill-based gambling offerings, the company will continue to broaden their VGM catalog with new games that will cover several video game genres. The company looks to creating critical deliverable content to help drive revenues to the slot floor at casino venues.
This year, the company plans on launching at least 10 if not more VGM titles. The company will be working with top game developers as well as entertainment companies to produce such gaming options as Terminator 2: Judgement Day, Paramount’s Mission Impossible, Ferris Bueller and more. These titles are sure to be big hits as they are connected to quality movies that everyone enjoys.
The company actually first launched in late 2016, offering the first ever skill-based gaming options for casino floors. In just a few short months, GameCo has been able to solidify their position as a top provider of casino content in the United States and continues to hold the position as they create new and exciting gaming options.
