What Does Ada Gaming Center Have in Store for You?

ADA Gaming Center

Ada Gaming Center is a small casino in Ada, Oklahoma. Owned by the Chickasaw Nation, it is one of many small casinos throughout the region, 18 per their website. Since Ada Gaming Center is such a tiny casino with few frills, we will spend some time on it and also explore the entire region.

However, we will still look closer at the gaming, dining options, and recurring promotions at the casino before we explore nearby accommodations and attractions. And you can place a winning bet that you will find a few more nearby casinos, perhaps with even more frills, such as the Artesian.

So, if you are headed to the Ada area and would like to gain insight on Ada Gaming Center and other fun things to do in the area, look no further. Let’s explore the gaming center and all of what Ada and the surrounding region offers, starting with its dynamic casino gaming.

Overview of Ada Gaming Center

Ada Gaming Center is a 24/7 casino at 1500 N. Country Club Road in Ada, Oklahoma. It comprises just over 9,000 feet of gaming space but it features slot machines, table gaming, and poker tables. You will find little in terms of the actual gaming options, but they have something for everyone.

Along with the selection of gaming, Ada Gaming Center also has one restaurant slash bar. You will also find a phenomenal selection of dining in the town of Ada, a smaller town full of attractions and sweet accommodation options. The latter two we will discuss in separate sections.

And since Ada Gaming Center does not feature accommodations, but you’ll find plenty of them around town, along with a solid selection of area attractions. We have set aside a section for both hotels in the area, plus a few cool vacation destinations. If you’re looking for more than just the casino, read those sections.

Casino Games at Ada Gaming Center

Despite its small size, you will find excellent variety at the Ada Gaming Center. It comprises just over 9,000 square feet, but it contains 340 slot machines, keno, some table games, along with three poker tables.

Offered table games include Ultimate Texas Hold‘em and blackjack. Plus, you will find both limit and no-limit games of Texas Hold‘em.

As for the slot machines, minimum bets start at just one penny along with a few larger denominations.

The clear upside here is the diversity of gaming, even in a small casino like Ada. The downside is that you won’t find every game here at both the slots and tables. For the slots, odds are you’ll find the more popular games, so they will have something that suits your liking, guaranteed.

And if you’re a card shark, you’re in luck, which is unusual for smaller casinos like Ada. And although they offer little, it’s still better than searching aimlessly for a casino that does offer them.

Double Down Grill

Since Ada is a small casino, you will only find one dining option called Double Down Grill. Sources say little regarding the types of food and drinks offered.

However, if you plan on staying awhile at Ada Gaming Center, odds are, Double Down Grill will curb your appetite.

Given the promotions shown on the casino’s website, you’ll find several outstanding deals regarding Happy Hour.

So, if you need a drink between or following your favorite casino games, look no further.

Ada Gaming Center Promotions

Ada Gaming Center’s promotions are some of the best around and among the most premier in the Chickasaw Nation. Here, you will find promotions like Gas and Cash, where you can win a share of $8,000 that will put some extra fuel in your tank—especially if you made that road trip to the area.

Other promotions include $1k Thunder Thursdays, where you can win your share of $1k in cash prizes every Thursday.

Of course, the above are just a few examples of what you will discover promotion-wise at Ada Gaming Center. Always check the website before you head over for more insight on current promotions, which also include Happy Hour Promos at the bar along with a stellar array of drink features.

Bar Shelf Full of Liquor Bottles

In short, Ada Gaming Center boasts limited slots and table games, along with a fair number of promotions, along with a dining option, but not much else. Therefore, we will gear the rest of today’s post to accommodations that you can find in the area, along with nearby attractions.

If you’re looking to transform your trip to this small Chickasaw Casino into a getaway or a vacation, keep reading to help better plan your trip to the casino.

Nearby Accommodations

Unfortunately, Ada Gaming Center has no actual accommodations, so you will need to look toward town for some solid options. Below, we have listed our favorites.

Starting at $109 per night at the time of this writing, the Hampton Inn and Suites is always the “safe pick” here, given its reputation. And the venue in Ada does not disappoint, featuring suites, family rooms, and non-smoking rooms.

Amenities at the Hampton Inn and Suites include a free breakfast, a pool, meeting rooms, bag storage, a fitness center slash workout room, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. A two-star venue, the Hampton Inn is a phenomenal option if you need a place for the entire family.

The La Quinta Inn and Suites offers a more cost-effective deal in the area, starting at just $86 per night. Also a two-star venue, the La Quinta offers non-smoking rooms, family rooms, and suites, much like its Hampton Inn competitor.

However, some rooms include a fireplace. And hotel amenities as a whole include free parking, Wi-Fi, a pool, fitness center, free breakfast, pet-friendly rooms, free stays for kids, plus a business center.

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western is yet another good option in Ada. Property amenities include free parking, breakfast, free stay for kids, pet-friendly rooms, a business center, and meeting rooms.

The rooms themselves include a few more amenities that include blackout curtains among its cable TV, bath and shower, and coffee makers. A more cost-effective option than the previous two venues, SureStay Plus starts at just $75 per night, per its page on TripAdvisor.

Hotel Room

Again, there are plenty of awesome places to stay in Ada, but the three listed above have reputable names, plus proven track records not just in Ada, but all across America. If you’re looking to set up base camp, many hotels in the area will do just fine.

Local Attractions

Let’s begin with the nearby Artesian Hotel, Casino, & Spa. This venue is about 25 miles from the Ada Gaming Center, and it’s also a Chickasaw-operated outlet. If you’re looking for more than just a casino, the Artesian more than has you covered.

Sure, you will stumble upon the casino and its vibrant floor, along with limited table gaming akin to what they have at Ada. However, the Artesian offers a few more dining options, meeting space, catering, and a plethora of outstanding amenities.

Just a few of its amenities include a pool and bathhouse, a spa, fitness center, and retail options.

If you’re looking for a good place to set up base camp just outside the Ada area, consider doing so here at the Artesian and, odds are, you’re on your way to a complete vacation in one convenient location.

However, if you’re looking to stay local, you will find more than a few decent options right in Ada.

The McSwain Theatre is a fine place for entertainment if you or those in your tour group are craving it. You will find it at 130 on W. Main Street in Ada, and they host a fine number of family-friendly productions that include concerts, comedy, and even classic movies.

Wintersmith Park is yet another family-friendly place in Ada. It is at 1501 Wintersmith Drive in Ada, and the park has displayed a well-rounded plethora of natural scenery, walkways, and an old school Roman amphitheater.

Catch more family fun in Ada over at the Lazer Zone. Head over to 733 W 15th and W 14th in Ada and you’ll find the venue. Inside, they offer miniature golf, batting cages, lazer tag (yep, spelled with a Z), and bowling. If you are in town with your family, you will likely spend hours at this venue.

As you can see from today’s post, Ada Gaming Center is a smaller venue featuring mainly slot machines with a few select table games, so you’re not getting much at this Chickasaw-operated casino. However, 25 miles down the road, you will find a nice resort at the Artesian.

It really depends on your personal preferences. Are you one who would rather immerse yourself in a quieter atmosphere at Ada, or are you one who is looking to turn your stay in the viewing area into an all out vacation? Either way, there is no wrong answer here.
